- Managing consultant through concept design, design development, construction documentation inclusive of but not limited to Master plan, Building designs, landscaping, mission critical power infrastructure, high voltage substations and utilities. - Coordination with stakeholders to define project design criteria. - Managing LL improvements, built to suit - Review of submittals to align with business goals, design criteria, codes & standards. - Implementation of Green design practices- achieved IGBC rating - Developed & Implemented Change & Document Management process. - Managing Project learnings, industry trends/ new innovations and implementation. - Project reviews & Site walks to ensure projects are in line with design intent. - Responding to / Troubleshooting emergencies on need basis at all stages of the projects. - Managing a design team and external consultants - Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise; - Supporting, understanding and advising the execution team as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design; - Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work using their full flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way; - Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate; - Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales; and - Striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction. Qualification and Experience: - BArch/March - 8-10 Years of Experience
