- Custodian for all operational activities covering last mile delivery - Leading a team of and last mile area managers and work with stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience. - Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training, quality - Working with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues. - Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (hub and last mile). - Will be deeply involved in last mile operations of entire Bangalore. Responsible for ops metrics, cost reduction, taking up ops excellence projects and new pilots along with multiple stake holders Desired Candidate: - Relevant work experience in sales and/or operations with a penchant for leadership, cross functional collaboration, and large-scale people management. - A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic plan for a region. - Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty. - Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally - High on ethics and transparency. - Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with high level of ownership.
