- Handles the responsibility of the day to day operations at city level - Act as a bridge between central Operations and Field Operations - Regular follow up with Operations Manager/Stay Supervisors on open issues - Identify and track critical issues at the property and assign tasks to relevant stake holders - To close the loop and resolve inter functional dependent issues - Monitor performance metrics, safety and security 24- 7 across the city - Analyze data trends to predict possible challenges in running operations - Has worked in a start up
