- Owning a city growth with revenue enablement and P&L responsibilities. - Custodian for all operational activities covering the supply chain from logistics to last mile delivery. - Leading a team of and last mile ops managers and work with regional sourcing managers, factory heads to deliver the best customer experience. - Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training. - Working with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues. - Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (processing, logistics and last mile).
