Conduct data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and insights to develop recommendations for business process improvements. III. Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and workflows. IV. Identify and prioritize requirements and enhancements for systems and processes related to operations. V. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. VI. In-depth knowledge of operations-related domains such as supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service. IV. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. V. Experience in project management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. VI. Experience in handling large databases and proficiency in MySQL or other database management tools with good understanding of Python/R VII. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for storytelling
