- Own customer and consumer understanding, identifying their barriers and triggers to purchase. - Analyse our key competitors' positioning, communication & media presence & stay on top of the changing landscape of the meat industry. - Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and help craft a sharply positioned brand, and communicate it effectively internally & externally. - Develop customer segmentation and drive marketing plans to grow different segments through customer lifecycle of acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth. - Plan, conceptualise, develop, & execute multi-media brand campaigns. Budget for these campaigns, monitor spending, measure the success, and derive data-based learnings - Drive programs and projects across the various customer touch points to drive customer consideration and trust for our products. - Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention across channels - Conducting in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve marketing programs.
