Responsibilities - Own customer and consumer understanding, identifying their barriers and triggers to purchase. - Analyse our key competitors & stay on top of the changing landscape of the meat industry. - Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market. Shape our vision & mission, and communicate it effectively internally & externally. - Develop customer segmentation and drive marketing plans to grow different segments through customer lifecycle of acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth. - Plan, conceptualise, develop, & execute brand campaigns regularly. Budget for these campaigns, monitor spending, measure the success, and derive data-based learnings - Drive programs and projects across the various customer touchpoints to drive customer consideration and trust for our products. - Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention. - Conducting in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives. - Work with cross-functional teams including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the consumer experience.
