Synopsis : The Associate Director/Director for Business Finance for Supply Chain Management will be a key financial partner for the CFO, Supply Chain Head and Founders. The role will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis, conducting analytics on the entire supply chain costs, manage reporting and driving critical financial decisions. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across the organization and drive proactive and fact based decision making. This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal stakeholders. Position Responsibilities and Qualifications : Primary Responsibilities : - Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including quantitative analysis on the key business and cost drivers - Conduct in depth financial analysis in support of weekly, monthly analytics - Work with the SCM teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization, automations, process re-design and standardization - Drives profitable growth by improving visibility, forecasting, consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions - Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time sensitive deliverables - Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization and cross-functional alignment on finance processes and planning - Lead and coordinate ad hoc requests from company leadership - Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes Leadership : - Strong executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives. - Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders - Creates effective performance metrics that can be regularly tracked to measure progress to drive accountability and ownership within SCM team - 5+ years' experience in managing a mid-sized team - Lead the Business Finance SCM team, including recruitment, talent development, engagement, performance management Qualifications : Professional : - CA/MBA from top-tier institution/similar academic experience - Minimum 7-9 years of experience within the Finance function or with relevant experience in Supply Chain operations - Manufacturing, Tech based business experience strongly preferred - Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor - Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment - Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
