Governance and Transformation Lead, Global Shared Services The Governance and Transformation Lead, Global Shared Services is a position reporting to GSS Leader and supporting the team based out of India for all matters related to strategy, governance and transformation activities aligned to various LMI engagements spread across geographies. The team oversees the execution of the overall GRM Finance processes and activities in a timely and concise manner and serves as a single point of contact for Home office and Regions. The ability to support business to ensure advisory and co-ordination during the critical phases of the engagement especially post transition shall be key components of the work. This role shall entail working closely with the Internal Stakeholders and the Strategic Vendor Partner(s). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Governance a. Performance Management - Monitoring SLAs (CSLs/KPIs), creating and owning the global governance calendar for all GRM East/West countries and the US (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Exec. Strategic Reviews) and building action plans around performance deficiencies and ensuring robust tracking of progress b. Primary liaising with internal stakeholders (Market/Regional CFOs, GSSC Leader, FELT) and strategic vendor partner eventually leading to fostering of closer working relationships with all Market CFOs and the GSSC. c. Setting up the communication channel (e.g. SME workshops and knowledge sharing sessions) d. Commercials - Pricing adherence, Volume discounts &amp; Cost of Living (COLA) oversight and monitoring e. People and Engagement - Rewards and recognition framework (R&amp;R activities &amp; joint calendar) f. Compliance - Master Service Agreement (MSA) compliance, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Oversight audits (internal and external) 2. Transformation &amp; Quality a. Drive overall transformation (LSS, Digital-Robotics, ML/AI and Analytics) as the GRM Finance Transformation committee lead b. Drive timely insight generation and Root cause analysis for defects identified in the transaction monitoring process c. Ensure adherence with all required compliance requirements from a quality control perspective 3. Strategy a. Support the big picture view of the overall finance global op model transformation journey and provide insights based on ground observations/visibility and closeness to market finance teams. b. Co-lead business identification/opportunities in the global markets related to outsourcing, feasibility analysis and setup c. Co-create and implement the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) d. Provide business case inputs and support analysis for ELT guidance and reporting purposes Qualifications: - Global Master's Degree (Preferably Finance) from Top Tier MBA College / Chartered Accountant or equivalent - 7+ years of work experience in Core Finance Roles (transactional and specialized finance) preferred - Vendor Management experience is a plus - Preferable experience in the P&amp;C insurance Industry - Preferred experience in project execution and finance process improvements through use of Digital/Analytics/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma techniques - History of excellence in academics and personal achievements - Proven experience in working with / managing cross-functional teams - Preferred experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents - Demonstrated ability to positively interact with other departments, units, managers and colleagues to achieve specific business results - Strong MS Office Skills. - Spanish or Portuguese language business proficiency (CEF certified) is a plus.
