Liasioning Role - Real Estate

Experience of complete Liaisoning of MHADA/SRA PROJECTS

Liaisoning with various state govt. Departments for allocations of Government lands for projects.

Undertaking discussions with top Govt. Officials (Includes MCGM, TMC, Collector & other Revenue Offices)

Knowledge of development U/S 33(4), 33(7), 33(10) 33(5), 33(9) of DCR 1991, STP Scheme, Rental Housing.

Conducting follow-up & co-ordinating with Collector Office, Tehsil Office & Talathi Saja.

Developing project baselines; Complying necessary Requisitions on time to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

Interfacing with Govt. Department / Development Authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions/approvals.
