Liases Foras - Senior Analyst - Real Estate Consulting

You would be inducted in Consulting and Advisory department of the company. You would be exposed to all the facets of the advisory services. Your role would be to assist in the implementation of company's goals in terms of leading the feasibility studies and implementing business development strategy.

We are in need of a proactive person who has good understanding of the real estate dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Development and Client Relationships :

Your role would be as follows :

- Responding to the RFPs and preparation of bid documents.

- Generating leads for new projects and feasibility studies.

- Interacting with clients/prospective clients on a regular basis (for ongoing mandates as well as business development)

- Accompanying the business development team in client presentations and deal closures.

- Implementation of Business and Communication Plan of Liases Foras.

- Keeping abreast of the real estate market in city through primary and secondary research and responding to the media and HFC related queries.

- Taking MIS reporting of the Analysts and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Leading the Feasibility study/Due Diligence/Valuation report for developers and PE Funds

This is a project specific report which analyses the plot/location characteristics with prevailing market dynamics and delves into various options of land use and product mix to find out the one which gives highest and maximum development realisation. It is a detailed report in the pre launch stage of a real estate project.

Your role would be as follows :

- Conducting kick off meetings and enlisting the client requirements to the analyst team for further working.

- Reviewing the structure of the study, approach and methodology and deadlines.

- Assisting other analysts with advanced problem solving and complex analysis with the help of your expertise.

- Reviewing all the internal final presentations and financial models (DCF approach) consisting of NPVs, IRRs, Roe, monthly cash flow etc.

- Ensuring the quality of work is maintained in reports and presentations.

- You may also be required to undertake entire feasibility study without any assistance depending on the scale of work.

Desired Skills :

- Understanding of the city's real estate dynamics.

- Must be a good conversationalist and have excellent public relation skills.

- Sharp analytical skills, to be able to draw out market trends and information.

- Proficiency with Excel Pivot tables, Ms. word and powerPoint.

- Basic Knowledge of GIS.

- Ability to reason and justify opinions on property values.

- Hands on with financial modelling(DCF approach)

- Good communicator and highly articulate (written and verbal), with high quality report writing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and still meet required deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with other department.

- Willing to travel out of town for site visits.

Qualification :

- Post graduate in Planning/MBA.

- B.Arch in architecture, geography, engineering.

- Three to Five years of experience in Planning and conducting feasibility study related work.
