You would be inducted in Business development and marketing department of the company. You would be exposed to all the facets of the business development services. As a part of the team your role would be to assist in the implementation of company's goals in terms of generating business for the company. You should be able to handle client calls and meetings with minimal supervision.
You will be reporting to the Business development head in the head office and carrying out the duties and responsibility as and when required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Implementation of Business and communication plan of Liases Foras
- Focus on having minimum 15 meeting with developers in a month
- Generating leads for new projects and feasibility studies
- Converting meetings to closures thereby getting maximum studies in the company
Desired Skills :
- Aggressive Sales Professional
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Real Estate
- Good contacts and networking with Developers and Developer Lobby
- One who understands the Real Estate market / Developers and and can get business to the company
