SEO Manager
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties.
- Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues and propose solutions to improve website performance.
- Keep track of competitors' SEO strategies and performance and adjust our strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry changes and updates and adjust strategies as necessary.
Skill Set Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge in using WordPress
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in SEO or related field is a plus.
