- 10-15 Years of experience

- Any graduate preferably B.Sc, B. Pharma, MBA,

- An experience in the areas of specifically in the field of Critical Care, Intensivist, Nephro Management with prior experience in above therapies products will be desirable.

- Candidates from Medical Devices may apply.

- Candidate should have strong sales tracker record with people management.

- Based on corporate objectives set national sales and resource budgets (human and financial)

- Communicate clear vision (POA), field tactics and objectives to the sales force for the promoted product groups

- Monitor national business plan to ensure resources are directed

- Maintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customers

- Ensure of SFE systems correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achieved
