In this important role you will work closely with our biggest enterprise accounts and businesses consisting of Major Foreign Banks, Big 4 firms, Management Consulting Firms, and large Corporate Houses, Supreme Court, High Courts

Key responsibilities include :

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance.

- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports

- Creates and conducts proposal presentations.

- Drives preparation of proposals and presentations.

- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Qualifications

To be successful, you'll bring with you ;

- Large, key account management and client acquisition

- Proven results, and subject matter expertise in diversified industries and business segments

- Graduate in any discipline

- An MBA from a preferred B School is an added advantage though not must

- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience

- Exposure to B2B sales is mandatory

- Solution selling and Concept Sales

- Adept in building and conveying value propositions

CTC : 6-8 Lacs+ Benefits +Incentive
