LexInnova Technologies is a fast-growing legal technology firm. We focus on products and services for the rapidly evolving Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) market.
- We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help grow our most promising product, LexInsight - the world's first marketplace for eDiscovery services.
- As PMM for LexInsight, you- ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy.
- Our vision is to become the go-to platform for eDiscovery services, by providing differentiated features tailored to the needs of the industry.
- You- ll work closely with the Director of Product Marketing, and will be responsible for leading all Product Marketing efforts for LexInsight.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience leading Product Marketing efforts for a fast-growing tech company/startup with exposure to different Marketing activities (ex. content marketing, social media, digital marketing, SEO, etc.).
- As PMM, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, but the most important are providing customer and market insights, leading Go-to- Market (GTM) planning and execution, setting up marketing automation systems and developing impactful and creative content for our inbound marketing efforts. This is a cross-functional leadership role.
- You will drive end-to- end strategy and execution across a globally distributed team of stakeholders, including Product Development, Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities :
- Develop messaging and positioning for our products and services. Develop content marketing strategy, and create high quality content.
- Define and execute go-to- market strategies for our products. Key initiatives include positioning, external communication, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization.
- Train and educate sales team on our solutions, key messages, target buyers and competitors
- Execute in-depth competitive analysis and share findings across the company
- Analyze key marketing and sales metrics. Manage marketing budgets.
- Primary and secondary market research to identify new growth opportunities
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
- 2-4 solid years of experience in product marketing (start-up/tech experience highly desirable!).
- Acclimatized with US market dynamics and culture. Can create great content that would appeal to US audiences. Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Demonstrated track record of success across wide spectrum of marketing activities (content marketing, social media, digital marketing, etc.) and driving marketing for a product launch.
- Verbally articulate and skilled at telling a visual story.
- Passion for tech and for growing a business. Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Infusionsoft, etc.)
- Motivated and self-driven. Ability to complete tasks with minimum direction.
