DESIGNATION: Executive Assistant to Board LOCATION: Gurugram, Haryana JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - The role would encompass providing strategic support for Board Control and review of businesses. - Designing and completing project proposal for fundraising, collecting data from cross-functional teams, communications, and systems. - Identify timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals. - Helps in preparation of MIS reports by collecting and analyzing information from teams located across geographies (US &amp; India) - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. - Prepare necessary financial models and profitability reports related to business ventures or new launches - Must be open to traveling to company client sites/exhibitions/conferences etc. IDEAL CANDIDATE: - The ideal candidate will be a person with a Business Management Degree from Tier-1 institutes and 3-4 years of experience in the Investment Banking / Consulting industry. - Processing information with a dedication to accuracy, making quick and effective decisions, grouping tasks and exercising intuitive judgments on the fly will be the hallmarks of the incumbent. - The work will be fast-paced, requiring an extraordinary number of skills displayed in quick time REQUIRED SKILLS: - Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, and Excel - Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written - Knowledge of analytics part of CRM and marketing automation software, sales force, hub spots are desirable. - Knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standard IFRS CTC OFFERED: Best in industry
