Job Title: Senior Manager/Director - Talent Management

Position Type: Permanent

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities

- Responsible for driving and manage the development and implementation of the complete Performance Management System process

- Partner closely with key business stakeholders in performance reviews.

- Design KRAs and KPIs of all levels.

- Design and implement talent retention programs, Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees

- Design employee promotion policies

- Design and implement talent retention programs

- Build succession plans

- Design employee promotion policies

- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions (solid background of running the entire cycle on HRMS system - all online)

- Computation of quarterly ratings and fitting them into the bell curve

- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates

- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits

- Employee relations contact to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.

- Responsible for employee communication and the engagement survey.

- Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems.

- Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.

- New HR Initiatives.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of HR experience in a fast paced environment.

- Proven work experience in Talent Management or similar role

- Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs

- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages

- Experience with performance management procedures

- Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and Human Resources software

- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Leadership abilities

- Must be detail oriented and an analytical thinker capable of producing high-quality deliverables leveraging PM data.

- Good in generating reports interpret data and identifies trends and performance insights.

- Communicates clearly.

- Moves work forward proactively with limited guidance from the PM Specialist.

- Thinks strategically and effectively, prioritizing tasks.

- Exhibits flexibility and learning agility.

- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must

- MBA/PGDBA in HR
