About the company

Lex Carta Private Limited is part of the Telekonnectors Group which has a successful track record of over 30 years in the communications industry with Door Sabha Nigam Limited and Telekonnectors as flagship companies.The group now wishes to expand into Online Dispute Resolution. The company is setting up a technology enabled integrated platform and is looking to hire resources to power its growth.

Job Responsibilities

- To identify and approach various sources of cases for the JustAct platform - this could include banks, insurance companies, corporates, courts, chambers of commerce

- To onboard various partners into the JustAct platform. This would include Arbitral institutions, arbitrators, mediation institutions and mediation centers.

- Define the value proposition for each of the partners and build programs / schemes based on these value propositions

- Help build an on ground sales team depending on the scaling required by the business

Job Requirements : 

- Strong understanding of value-based selling

- Meet potential partners and customers on a regular basis

- Target based onboarding of partners

- Team hiring, retention and management

Professional Experience and Education

- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling and / or business development. Applicants with legal background will be encouraged.

- Relationship building and management experience

- Masters level qualification or equivalent with some element of business education is preferable.
