We are a management consulting company in the space of implementation consulting. We focus on high performance operational improvements & operational turnaround. We are in the business of Performance Transformation and located at Indore, Madhya Pradesh (However, the projects shall be anywhere across India). This is a 10 years old company that has done 24 implementation programs in India, Africa, Middle East & South Asia. This includes 6 operational turnaround initiatives

Currently, we are into a - Digital Transformation- initiative which will eventually be a startup company very soon. Digital Transformation includes Internet of Things (IoT), Remote monitoring, Asset management, Predictive Maintenance, Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics, and so on to drive the Performance Transformation in an Organization and help in their Business Turnaround.

Job Brief:

A Solution Architect who delight in the most detail-oriented and challenging puzzles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-achiever able interpret complex business challenges into solution designs for clients. Primarily responsible for working with the functional teams to advise, design, and develop applications; Lead the Anaplan implementation team and responsible for successful delivery of Anaplan solutions in a client's organization

Responsibilities:

- Understand impact on client's business i.e. business contribution, nature and scope of responsibility, risk and financial management, strategic/tactical/operative responsibility

- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models

- Serve as the architectural Subject Matter Expert for large-scale connected planning solutions and exemplify The Anaplan Way

- Work with client stakeholders for Anaplan implementation to help with prioritization of Anaplan-wide needs and requirements.

 Best practices within Anaplan models will include:

- Optimized user experience and value within all models in production

- Integrated organization Vision and Strategy in model design

- Validated model structure and calculation results accuracy

- Adoption of current platform functionality as released

- Maintenance of appropriate data access and security

- Model Performance optimization consistent with other available tools

- Anaplan resource utilization consistent with best practices that address Workspace utilization, and model maintenance requirements

- Cross Functional connected operations within all models

- Support user enablement and training to achieve self-reliance on model development and uses

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to each projects SOW- s, milestones, and deliverables

- Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality

- Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and team

- Develop model documentation, participate in data integration and migration solutions

- Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any stream

- 4+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions or Consulting/ implementation experience with widely used planning and analytical multi-dimensional systems such as SAP BPC, Cognos, Hyperion, etc

- 2 years of Anaplan experience and need to have driven a few Anaplan engagements

- Should have worked on pre-sales activities, responding to bids and in the solution design and delivery related to Anaplan.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Planning and financial modeling skills

- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)

- Strong hands-on experience building and supporting complex planning and consolidation models using the Anaplan platform

- Proven technical skills with the ability to translate and understand end-user needs

- Proven ability to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously

- Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style

- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain/ Finance/ Sales/ Marketing strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of data integration (inbound & outbound) and extensive usage of Data hub

- Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent problem solving, qualitative and analytical skills

- Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter
