The Creative & Copy Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and written identity of Leverage Edu. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators, to develop compelling and effective marketing materials. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality, on-brand creative content across various platforms. What you'll do: - Provide strategic creative direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Conceptualize and lead the development of visually appealing and innovative designs for digital and print collateral. - Develop and oversee the creation of compelling and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, social media, emails, press releases, and advertisements. - Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication channels. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. - Conduct regular creative review sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness. - Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all creative materials align with established brand guidelines and values. - Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve and refine the brand identity as needed.
