Startup Analyst (LetsVenture) Introduction : Startup Analyst Program for candidates with 1+ years of quality experience in a startup looking for exposure to the VC/start-up industry Role Description : LetsVenture - an online platform which connects global angel investors with startup founders to make startup funding easy in India. Over the last 4 years, LetsVenture has enabled 162 deals with a total of USD 62 Mn+ being raised online. LetsVenture is based in Bangalore and has investments from Accel Partners, IDG Ventures, Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Mohandas Pai and other notable angel investors. During this program, the candidate will be exposed to the complete Investment Process and would have the following responsibilities : 1) Deal sourcing and screening : - Curate startups applying for fundraise through the platform (inbound), through other sources - Assist startup team with outbound/inbound marketing activities 2) Startup relations &amp; engagement : - Communications management with startups and work on strategies to drive further engagement - Manage startup queries related to fundraising process 3) Product &amp; Platform : - Drive product/feature changes on the startup's front of the platform 4) Sector research and thesis building : - Work on sector evaluation and identification of sector/technology specific, both for India and globally What we are looking for : Self-driven candidate, with high bias for action, who understands the basics of building a scalable product/service offering in general.
