Responsibilities : - Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by sourcing talent from multiple platforms. - Maintain clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies, etc. - Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date. - Assist with employee relations by regularly being in touch with employees and answering queries. - Assist in payroll process by sharing the month on month employee addition and deletion information. - Assist in the employee onboarding by collecting all the required information from the employee. - Assist with termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews. Requirement : - 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist. - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Excellent communication and people skills. - Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach. - Understanding and work experience from a start-up is a plus.
