About the Role:

LetsVenture is looking for someone to lead the operations and client service of a sizeable and growing part of its business. This is a senior role where the right candidate will take ownership for running, improving and building out the platform to support this business. You will lead a small team and work closely with multiple teams across the organization, including with Technology on the buildout. You will also engage with clients in understanding and supporting their needs from inception.

You will need to be a strong relationship builder who is comfortable engaging with angel investors, start-up founders as well as internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Relationship Management, supporting business development

Client Delivery Orientation - Delivering for the clients

Operational improvement (improving systems/ processes in collaboration with other teams)

Training and managing a small team

Working effectively across the organization

Doing, not just instructing

Prior experience that could make you successful in the role:

Headed Operations for some business/ function, demonstrated full ownership

Regular interactions with HNW and/ or global clients in a client service mode

Process Improvements experience using Six Sigma/ Lean/ any other methodology

Experience working with Technology function to get improvements.

Nice to Have:

Prior entrepreneurial experience, as a founder, core team member, or someone with extensive experience working in start-ups (particularly if you were involved with fundraising for that start-up and engaging with investors)

Operations or Relationship Management in context of Wealth Management/ Angel Investing/ Working with senior, sophisticated, demanding clients


Ethical, good person

Very strong communicator (very good English)

Attention to detail

Someone in their early thirties with start-up experience

Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment: fast-moving, ambiguous, get-things-done
