Investor Relations, Director-Sales (Acquisition + Distribution) (5-8 years): - To build outbound channels to sign up investors - To manage the investors post signing up - Build a team to address different channels/locations and manage investors/partners - To work with the marketing team in tandem to reach targets Capabilities: - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Having an understanding of startup as an asset class is a big plus - Understanding of different investment instruments in market in general would be a plus - Ownership: Takes accountability of the targets and can setup a process of achieving them Perks: - Opportunity to work in a flexible and engaging startup environment - Scope to constantly interact with investors in a stimulating environment along with entrepreneurs, legal and the engineering teams - Exposure to fantastic ideas and interesting innovators on a daily basis.
