Job Description :

- Be part of the core team at a venture funded startup, where you will work on the complete life cycle of an angel / seed investment deal closure. The member has to handle end to end execution of the deal

- Identify startups for fundraising

- Perform due diligence on the startups

- Identify investors and work on closing the fundraising rounds

- Program management of the deal post commitments till complete deal closure including share certificate issuance

Skills Required :

- 3-6 yrs minimum experience - I-Banking domain/ Deal experience/ M&A

- Enterprising, Strong People management Skills

- Excellent communications skills.

- Require detail oriented approach to execution

- Ability to work hard and under pressure

- Self motivated and passionate person willing to put his best effort

- Startup experience a plus
