Responsibilities Assumed: - Involvement in investor relations and fundraising activities for LetsVenture's Angel AIF (Alternative Investment Fund). - Managing end to end process for onboarding investors to the LetsVenture platform, this will also entail taking care of the documentation process flow - Relationship Management is an integral and key aspect of the role so creating & maintaining existing relations with angel investors, Institutional funds, family offices and with promoters seeking fundraising. - Helping with business development and converting potential leads via calls, emails,etc. Key Considerations/Skillset for an ideal candidate: - Passion for early-stage (PreSeed to Series B) disruptive technology - Strong business development, interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral) - Proficiency in distilling ideas and insights into clean, digestible formats (e.g., slides, investment notes & documents) - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Graduate (B.Tech/B. Com (Hons) / B.A. (Hons.) Economics) or MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 institution - Prior start-up/early-stage investment experience is preferred - 0-2 years experience in a recognized consulting firm/investment bank/investment fund - Strong record for extracurricular activities
