LetsTransport - Vertical Head - Key Account Management - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be centrally responsible for growth on industry vertical revenue

- Be the face of company for existing clients

- Own the account by ensuring depth (by cross selling) and width (by geographic expansion) of business operations with clients

- Be a strategic consultant to industry vertical clients

- Manage higher escalations and prevent churn

- Ensure timely collection of payments

- Ensure business margins

- Manage a team of service account managers

Requisites / Prerequisites:

- Post Graduates from tier 1 management colleges

- 6-8 years of experience as Key Account Manager in a B2B domain

- Proven track record in enhancing revenue through strategic initiatives

- Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate

- Muti-tasking capabilities
