Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be centrally responsible for growth on industry vertical revenue
- Be the face of company for existing clients
- Own the account by ensuring depth (by cross selling) and width (by geographic expansion) of business operations with clients
- Be a strategic consultant to industry vertical clients
- Manage higher escalations and prevent churn
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Ensure business margins
- Manage a team of Regional Business managers
Requisites / Prerequisites:
- Full Time Post Graduates from tier 1 management colleges
- 6-10 years of experience as Key Account Manager in a B2B domain
- Should be an expert in Institutional Sales
- Proven track record in enhancing revenue through strategic initiatives
- Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Aggressive in Nature.
