Designation: City HR Generalist Experience: 3-4 Years CTC: 7 LPA Job Location: Hyderabad/Lucknow Job Summary: - Your role as an HR Generalist will be multi-dimensional. You- ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves. And you- ll also act as the point of contact for all the employees- queries on HR, Admin and Finance related topics. The goal is to ensure the city's operations is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization. Responsibilities: - - Own the talent acquisition and recruitment processes for the concerned city. Connect with different stakeholders and external staffing partners to close the position within the due date. - Conduct and coordinate new joinee onboarding activities. Ensure that the entire process gets completed within the approved SLAs. - Organize different training &amp; development initiatives in the city level. - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, reimbursement and compensation etc. and resolve any issues that may arise out of this. - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Assist in implementation of various general and human resource policies in the city level. - Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates and religiously communicate the same to the Central HR team. - Lead all the employee engagement activities in the city level and ensure a healthy work atmosphere exist out there. - Responsible for all the HR Admin and Operations activities for the assigned city units. Candidate Prerequisites :&nbsp; - Proven experience as an HR Operations &amp; Generalist. - Prior experience in Talent acquisition is preferable. - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. - Should have the ability to take ownership and lead certain programs and policies. - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and deal with ambiguous situation. - Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach. - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience.
