Job description :
- Plans and formulates cost efficient budget for all marketing functions while ensuring positive return on investment for strategic marketing initiatives.
- Work on the Market Analysis & to know our Competitors better.
- Market Segmentation to support our Sales Team & provide Strategic Inputs for the growth of the Top Line
- Customer Analysis & Support to the Dealers for the Marketing activities.
- Manages, coordinates and evaluates long, medium and short-term marketing plans and budgets.
- Maintains contact with advertising agencies & PR firms and maintains knowledge of current offerings, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required for services rendered by them.
- Evaluates alternatives, performs appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommends solutions that minimize costs commensurate with acceptable risks.
- Attends media events, coordinates participation of key staff in industry conferences and ensures that all presentation material meet established standards.
- Reviews organizations advertising, PR and merchandising contracts, soliciting involvement and participation of other management team members as appropriate.
- Approves, coordinates, and controls all projects related to major advertising & branding campaigns for the company.
- Develops the overall LEONI India brand identity, strategizes and puts in place brand management processes.
- Monitors, manages and leverages brand assets in terms of both tangible and intangible aspects.
- Gathers and analyses competitive market information useful for business decision making.
- Approves launch of new services/ schemes catering to customer needs. Approves market research studies including customer service satisfaction surveys to formulate new service concepts or enhance existing ones.
- Establish relationships with new Customers in collaboration with Sales
- Communicates marketing plans, policies and guidelines to relevant stakeholders in the organization, including the management and professional staff.
- Oversees LEONI India website management including regular updates, response to customer queries etc.
- Ensures achievement of media coverage targets and develops the media planning & buying policy in conjunction with external experts.
- Ensures the best availability of external resources market research companies, advertising firms, PR agencies for the marketing team.
- Keeps abreast of industry and competitor marketing trends and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Keeps abreast of latest trends, new technologies and innovative application of various marketing media.
- Ensure appropriate internal marketing (with Corporate Communications)
- Identifies training & development needs for all team members and is responsible for their professional development.
- Develops talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets and progress professionally.
