Lenskart was founded in 2010 with a vision to solve this problem of eye wear and be the Numero Uno eyewear provider in India.  Your Part:  - Responsible for developing documentations and creating standard operating procedures (SOP's) for different processes in the organization  - Studying and analyzing various processes existing in the organization and sharing inputs with the departments for process documentation standardization at the organizational level  - Responsible for ensuring consistency between the existing documentation and actual processes being followed  - Responsible for streamlining the documentation process for ensuring regular updating of all required documents and records  - Preparing reports bringing focus to points which are beneficial for identifying gaps and finding scope for improvement.  - Participate in due diligence to identify processes and document SOP and draw process maps   - In-depth knowledge of Six sigma tools   - Conduct Value stream Mapping exercise.  - Re-Design Business Processes, Document and Present Business Processes.  - Understand critical business and information technology risks.  - Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.  You- re Array:  - Graduate / MBA preferred from Tier 1 institutes   - 7-10 years of experience in managing operations with ownership to drive resolution  - Industry experience - BPO / Financial Services / Telecom Industry  - Preferably a six sigma black belt  - Ecommerce experience will be plus  You (Must Haves):  - Strong leadership abilities  - Customer orientations and customer centric experience   - High degree of Business knowledge  - Strong communication, interpersonal skills  - Large team management  - Process Management.  - Experience in contact centre operations.  - Highly customer focused in all approaches.  - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.  - Hiring, managing and grooming people in the organization.
