Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment Life Cycle
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Preparing and posting vacancies at appropriate job board
- Screening candidates- resumes and job applications
- Scheduling interviews between the candidates and the stakeholders.
- Providing weekly recruitment updates through trackers to the management
- Offer Closure and Negotiation
- Pre-boarding and initial handholding
