Lenskart is looking for a young dynamic leader for its Leadership Hiring team. He/she will be involved in a wide variety of activities including the entire value chain of the search process to the closure of an assignment. The incumbent would directly interface with the Founders and Investors to take the talent map of Lenskart to the next level. Role: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Leadership Hiring (Talent Acquisition) Location: Faridabad HQ/ Mumbai Regional Office / Bangalore Tech Office Reporting to: Head Of Leadership Hiring Skip Reporting: CHRO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. - Contribute to the formulation and execution of a search strategy. - Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment - Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal stakeholders. - Excellent negotiation skills - Manage engagement with the candidates through the entire process till the final placement. - Strong understanding of search mandates to evaluate senior executives for fitment - Creation and maintenance of talent maps and database repository. CANDIDATE PROFILE: - 2 - 7 years of experience in the Retained Leadership Hiring Space - Exposure to multiple Industry spaces, preferred. - Should have ability to work in high pressure environment and should be able to thrive on ambiguity. - Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to interact and engage credibly on the telephone with people from all levels of an organisation. Strong on Business Communication. - Highly organised - outstanding time management and ability to prioritize.
