Lenskart - Senior Manager - Production

Lenskart is looking for a passionate Production Manager to join us and lead our plant cum warehouse based in Gurgaon.

- Production Planning

- Manpower Scheduling

- Monitoring monthly production targets which are driven by annual production budget

- Working closely with Cross functional departments of quality and shipping

- Managing a team size of 400 workers/ fitters under his supervision

- Managing 4 supervisors directly

- Managing quality control, delay + dispatch of goods and Waste reduction

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in production department

- Experience working in assembly line production is highly preferred

- Candidate must be based in Delhi/Gurgaon currently or in Haryana for easy commute to the plant

- Preferred Industries: Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Consumer Electronics

- Mandatory: B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering
