Merchandise Analytics  - Overall custodian of Category Sales, Margins and Inventory Budgets  - Monitor and Publish Merchandising KPIs and analyse performance vs. Plan  - Analyse Category/Dept. level Performance and highlight opportunity areas  - Monitor DOH Performance vs. Plan and drive action on Slow Moving/Liability Inv.  - Drive Working Capital Efficiency - DOH vs. Payable Days  - Participate in all Category Reviews - provide recommendations to improve GMROI  - Spearhead financial evaluation of Store Proto from merchandising perspective  - Spearhead Annual Planning & Monthly Forecasting of - Sales/Margin/Inventory  - Institutionalize process of monitoring performance of Promotions/Offers  - Review & Sign off of Buy Plans  - Work very closely with the Head of Merchandising and Business Finance to drive specific initiatives
