Role : Digital & Performance Marketing Band : Manager/ Senior Manager Location : Bangalore Reporting to : Head - Performance Marketing Interactions : The role requires to collaborate across cross functional teams to create success. Lenskart is looking to bring on board Digital &amp; Performance Marketing lead to part of the Online Business Team. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company. - S/he will play a crucial role in increasing sales through various marketing channels such as search, display, Facebook, affiliates, SMS &amp; Email. - S/he will be devising strategies to drive online traffic to our mobile app, site and web properties by developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.&nbsp; - S/he will also ensure high efficiency of all digital marketing spends by through measurement and iterations. S/he will be evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. - S/he will review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital&nbsp;marketing.&nbsp; - The ideal candidate would have a track record of implementing disruptive ideas that have shown the potential for a 10x improvement rather than only managing incremental improvements. The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture of Lenskart and be a key contributor to its growth.&nbsp; IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: - 2-7 years experience in digital marketing. - E-commerce experience is preferred with exposure of working on website and mobile application - Ability to take decisive action based on professional, practical analysis of situations. - Experience and knowledge of leading a team, including the natural ability to motivate, coach &amp; mentor staff to&nbsp;maximize results. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - MBA from a Premium Institute (is preferred, not mandatory).
