S/he will be responsible for creating the compensation bands and grades across the different functions and verticals in Lenskart. S/he will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing the entire compensation &amp; benefit plan. The ideal candidate would have a track record of implementing disruptive ideas that have shown the potential for a 10x improvement rather than only managing incremental improvements. - The incumbent must experience in creating &amp; successful implementation of C&amp;B frameworks in different work spaces. - The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture of Lenskart and be a key contributor to its growth. Role: Compensation &amp; Benefits Lead Band: General Manager Location: Faridabad, Delhi NCR Reporting to: Chief Human Resource Officer CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : - Provide - Lenskart the competitive edge by developing &amp; institutionalizing best in class practices. - Consultative and strategic partnering with business leaders to maximize organizational performance by assessing critical skills/competency requirements, developing innovative solutions to bridge the gap and coaching leaders. - Develop and implement competitive compensation mix which suits organization's internal needs and help establish better link between performance. - Design, evaluate and make recommendations to modify compensation and benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. - Devise, implement and administer annual increase and incentive programs. CANDIDATE PROFILE : - 6-10 years + experience in Compensation &amp; Benefits. - Must have experience in creation of compensation structures and pay ranges - Ability to take decisive action based on professional, practical analysis of situations. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - MBA from a Premium Institute.
