Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 4 - 9 years of experience in heading a HRBP role in a progressive set up

- Previous HR/people Advisory experience working with any top management consulting firm(BCG/ Bain & Company/ Accenture Consulting/ Deloitte Consulting/ Mckinsey)

- Premier Institute background is a must - ( for eg, XLRI/ TISS/ IIM)
