Lenskart is looking for a young dynamic leader to be part of the Talent Acquisition team for the Corporate Function. This is a critical role for the growth of Lenskart given the exponential expansion plans at hand. Role: Corporate Talent Acquisition lead Band: Assistant Manager Location: Faridabad Reporting to: Corporate HR Business Partner Skip Reporting: Chief Human Resource Officer Interactions: The role requires to collaborate across teams to create success: Internal stakeholders: Corporate HR Business Partner, CHRO, Business Heads, Functional Heads External Stakeholders: HR service Vendors KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing end to end recruitment Life Cycle - Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications - Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Preparing and posting vacancies at appropriate job board - Screening candidates- resumes and job applications - Scheduling interviews between the candidates and the stakeholders. - Providing weekly recruitment updates through trackers to the management - Offer Closure and Negotiation - Pre-boarding and initial hand holding KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Effective Stakeholder Management - Effective TAT as per the level of requisition - Offer: Acceptance Ratio - Quality of Hire COLLABORATIVE SKILLS: - The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment. FUNCTIONAL UNDERSTANDING: - The role is critical for the business performance and would require the incumbent to develop comprehensive understanding of the different functions of the organisation in order to bring in the best talent in the organisation. RESULTS ORIENTED: The role is required to work on deliver on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business and efficacy. Meeting these milestones would be critical to create success. CANDIDATE PROFILE: - 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a talent Acquisition for the corporate function. Demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments. - Managed across level hiring, and volume hiring in expected timelines. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Experience in Insurance/E-Commerce/ FMCG/ Retail preferred. - Candidates with MBA preferred.
