Lenskart - Associate/Analyst - Business Analyst - M&A/Private Equity Investments - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/IIT

The Associate/Analyst will work primarily in the Private Equity investments/Merger & Acquisitions and will have the following responsibilities:

- Ideation to incubate new ventures

- Deal Sourcing

- Burman Family Office

- Deal Evaluation including industry research and analysis

- Creation of valuation models, IMs and pitchbooks

- Deal Closure

- Support the portfolio companies in development and growth

Requirements:

- Associate Role: MBA from IIMs/ISB/other Tier 1 Business Schools for the Associate position

- Analyst Role: IIT graduates (non MBA) with relevant experience may apply

- Prior experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Consulting preferred

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong modeling and presentation development skills

- Ability to work in ambiguity and without much supervision
