The one thing that's missing? Well. you... We are looking for University Relations Lead for Asia Pacific theatre at our Bangalore location. What You'll Do: - Managing the end to end hiring process and work as a consultant to business leaders on their hiring demands (ongoing & upcoming). - Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, BUs) to drive hiring across the organization. - Drive sales recruitment initiatives within India, in support of multiple stakeholders across core and emerging lines-of-business - Develop and foster strong relationships/partnerships with leaders across the organization. Work with Recruiting leaders and business leaders to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles, challenges and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies. - Advise senior sales leaders, and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition team members to create consensus-based hiring outcomes - Devise sales recruiting processes, best-practices and playbooks - Generate an extensive network of high-value sales talent within target industries and vertical markets - Develop data-supported appraisals of competitive landscape and use them to create immediate and long-term sales talent pipelines Key Functional Skills - Designing & executing plans to build a diverse, talented sales team - Focus on recruiting practices and initiatives - Partner with Diversity and Inclusion team to prioritize and execute on creating an inclusive pipeline - Partner with Lenovo's counterparts to understand best practices, candidate sharing strategies as part of our integration with the larger organization - Work closely with key business stakeholders and partners including business leaders, HR/compensation partners, Sales Planning/Operations, Finance, Legal, etc. to coordinate on creative strategies, best practices and compliance - Align with Recruiting leadership and the broader recruiting team to implement creative solutions to improve hiring processes and hire key talent quickly and efficiently - Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that Lenovo is providing a premier candidate experience - Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to leadership on a consistent basis
