Job Description - Support the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team with deep dive data to help drive strategic decisions through data analysis of TA metrics - You will design and build predictive models, deliver talent data analytics and insightful dashboards. - Develop, update, validate, evaluate, and automate reports with the latest internal information to ensure accurate reporting - Communicate findings and proposed action plans in writing through data-driven documents - This role will partner with the Regional TA Leaders & PMOs around the world to find opportunities for and design statistical models that predict talent acquisition capabilities. - Support the TA team analyzing hiring trends &amp; by analyzing historical data - Determining the Recruiters KPIs in line with the GTA strategy and target tracking, taking the necessary actions to achieve the target - This role supports the Company's objectives by ensuring that our talent strategy is informed and influenced by external labor market analytics, predictive trends and competitive intelligence, integrated with business strategy to ensure the right talent is available at the right time to meet strategic objectives Position Requirements - Bachelors Degree from Business Administration, Statistics or other related fields - 4 - 6 years work experience in Human Resources or Business Analytics - Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced level of MS excel - Strong communication and data presentation skills, experience analyzing data and communicating the results to senior business leaders - Experience designing and developing business facing dashboards, and data visualizations in BI platforms such as Tableau or comparable tool - Fluent in written and spoken English - Self-sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments - Creative thinking to solve problems, strong analytical, communication &amp; negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills - Dynamic, result oriented, strong business understanding focused on priorities
