Senior Manager CIT role is charged with driving accelerated growth and transformation globally through analytical solutions. The role has responsibility for the full scope of solution delivery and adoption inclusive of business results, customer success, project delivery, people management, vendor management and stakeholder management (internal and external). He/she also ensures the effective and efficient use of all resources within own team, shared services, third parties and partners to deliver leading practices and competitive solutions that satisfy our business drivers with compelling outcomes. As a manager, candidate is responsible for supporting the success of not only his/her team members, but the success of all employees within the larger team by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. Responsibilities - Collaborating across business units, functions and geographies to enable their long-term vision, goals and strategy by developing of futuristic solutions - Building business insights through deep dive understanding of consulting domain and analytical skills - Should have a clear understanding of how new age digital solutions work and can be applied to deliver future ready solutions/platforms. - Being a change agent for accelerated adoption of the solutions built and deployed - Ability to accommodate feedbacks to alter solutions, models to suits business requirements. Position Requirements: Knowledge and skills - Strong executive communications (both verbal and written) & Power Points skills - Deep understanding of a core domains such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Service support. - Experience working with senior stakeholders (ED/VP level) to shape programs from high level objectives and problem areas - Proven track record in designing, developing and deploying company wide solutions - Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced and global environment - Demonstrated ability to develop and apply information-driven approaches to solve critical business questions in a practical manner with tangible results - Understanding and experience of working on new age platforms, solutions and practices. Exposure to big data and AI based solutions. - Exposure to CRM platforms such as SFDC, MS Dynamics etc. - Exposure/ understanding of marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo etc. - Knowledge / understanding of R/ Python will be an added advantage - Earlier experience in designing statistical models using structured and unstructured data Desired characteristics: - Solution mindset - Self-starter, takes ownership, demonstrates bias towards action, takes consultative approach in ambiguous business environment, hard working - Team player / works well with others / collaborator - Detail-oriented, but does not lose sight of the big picture - Proactively identify stated and unstated requirements and growth drives for business and translate these drivers into data driven solutions - Work across levels seamlessly - Demonstrated thought leadership in building business solutions Education and experience: - Masters degree or above in business administration - Total working experience of 13 years or more - Experience spanning across different functions (more than 1) like sales, marketing, customer care along with at least 5 years of experience working on business strategy and analytics - Exposure to B2B domain in IT industry is extremely desirable - Experience working in global roles in a must
