- We are looking for Sr. Consultant Talent Acquisition, This is a full time, TA Research & Reporting expert is an individual contributor position with Lenovo AP TA team.

- This role requires an SME with strong proficiency in TA and reporting & predictive analytics

- The incumbent must have a strong background in any talent search & quantitative discipline preferably Statistics, from a premium institute, with a good grip on Excel with analytical ability

- In addition, the incumbent should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong urge to learn, iterate and innovate, should love numbers, is passionate about applying data analytics to solve TA Strategy and business problems and like working in an extremely dynamic, fast paced environment.

- This position will be working with internal TA team to design and develop complex organization wide analytic models.
