Job Description : - Lead the overall Product Operations for Lenovo PCSD Organization and specific programs for Consumer Segment. - Develop and maintain documented processes as needed. - Responsible for driving Product BMS &amp; Key planning cadence - Responsible of Product communication: Pricelist, New MTMs, End-customer promotions, Pricelinks or Other Special promotion Links release - Support Business case planning &amp; Supply indenting for consumer business - Support Business performance management thru weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis to support biz hygiene and growth. - Partner with Biz teams to identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and scale our business effectively. - Be accountable on timely data delivery &amp; monitoring for all Product launches and new product demo process - Drive key projects in areas of Biz health visibility, performance analytics and other critical efficiency metrics - Champion ways to implement efficient processes with internal tools, documentation and technology. Accountabilities and Performance Measures : - Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management. - Accountable for the on-time implementation of channel quotas and performance objectives. - Accountable for the thorough implementation of Product sales organization-impacting initiatives. - Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization. - Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness. - MBA / Bachelors Degree (Desirable) - NITIE qualified in operations / supply chain - Minimum of 5-6 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in driving Sales Operations &amp; 2 years in field sales of Telecom, FMCG &amp; Consumer business - Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories - Proficiency working with Qlikview, Tableau, or other analytical tools - Strong process and program definition management skills (detail oriented). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution. - Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel. - A personal style that is viewed as open-minded and collaborative.
