As Online Retail Marketing Manager, the core objective of the role is to manage the brand presence on E-tail platforms - Flipkart, Amazon, and others. The requirement would be to drive performance marketing, content strategy and reputation management for Lenovo Laptops &amp; Tablets. The role requires a keen eye for data, analytics &amp; ROI for the A&amp;P investment on Online Retail. Responsibilities of the position : - Identify and partner in articulating annual and quarter-wise marketing programs and requirements in synch with business and product teams - Strategize, plan and execute marketing initiatives for Lenovo laptops &amp; tablets on key online retailers - Flipkart, Amazon &amp; PayTM - Budget planning and data driven plans &amp; performance marketing, delivering ROI for marketing investments. - Engage with the business teams (sales), provide marketing support and direction to ensure that all activity is on brand, focused on target audience and will maximize results. - Understand the Online Retail path to purchase, initiate content development for marketing initiatives on the platforms, rich content / A+ for product pages (Images, banners, videos). - Building strategic relationships with the business and marketing teams of key partners through regular meetings, reviews and planning sessions, aiming for timely alignment on plans to ensure smooth execution - Should possess working knowledge of analytics &amp; running search operations&nbsp; - Knowledge of AdWords would be desirable. - Manage brand reputation on E-tail partner portals - monitor product rating &amp; reviews. - Work with relevant teams to adhere to brand and partner guidelines &amp; compliances. - Be dynamic &amp; agile especially while handling large-scale operations during the key sale events. Engage with platforms for a robust execution &amp; delivery. - Work with Asia Pacific and Worldwide teams to understand and adapt/ deploy e-tailer assets for the Indian market - Liaison with Alliance partners like Intel and Microsoft for joint business planning and ensuring program compliance - Marketing support to Tablets and SMB teams Position Requirements : Education/ Qualification : - Must Have: MBA from a premier B-School, - Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role - Desired: E-Tail Marketing experience - 4+ years of marketing experience - Understanding of digital marketing &amp; e-commerce business - High level of customer focus - Brand management - Working knowledge of AdWords / Search operations - Excellent analytical skills, as well as the ability to translate the results of analysis into action points
