Responsibilities: 1. Drive customer experience programs for Lenovo's existing B2B customers 2. Identify companies meeting certain criteria (e.g. number of employees) by working with outside agencies and marketing team 3. Partner with marketing team to drive account based marketing 4. Maintain the database of companies and customers along with key information about them 5. Help regions drive Account reviews with their sales managers 6. Account analytics on their purchase behavior 7. Retention, Development and Acquisition analysis of accounts 8. Help regions drive account plans in top accounts Requirements: 1. Excellent analytical skills 2. Ability to break a problem into components and solve 3. Self-driven 4. Excellent excel skills 5. Comfortable with interaction with the sales teams 6. Ability to work in a matrix environment
