- The Manager of Channel Ops function which is essential to channel eco-system and responsible for performance management.
- Includes Strategy planning; Quota deployment and sales reporting, designing biz management system and championing transformation.
- Lead the overall Channel Operations for Lenovo PCSD Organization and specific programs for Consumer Segment.
- Develop and maintain documented processes as needed. (channel onboarding, Programs, Operating principles, Audit compliance)
- Standardise all channel communication across segments and manage delivery timelines
- Maintain partner agreement consistency, liaise internally with cross functions for partner onboarding and progression management.
- Support channel performance management thru weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis to support biz hygiene and growth.
- Partner with Biz teams to identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and scale our business effectively.
- Be accountable on timely data delivery & monitoring for all channel programs
- Drive key projects in areas of Biz health visibility, channel performance analytics and other critical efficiency metrics for channel Initiatives & improvement for consumer business leader
- Champion ways to implement efficient processes with internal tools, documentation and technology.
