About the role & structure: - Report to INDIA CMO by solid line and work closely with APHQ Commercial marketing team as well as the regional segment heads. - Manage a marketing manager as well as creative/media agencies, tele-marketing and event teams Role : - Align the marketing long-term and near-term goals to the Business-Unit objectives and ensure effective deployment of the marketing plan. - Oversee all marketing communication and tactics within the segment and apply a result-driven approach to measure marketing effectiveness through leading and lagging indicators. - Manage the quarterly marketing budget with best-in-class utilization - internal as well as alliance budgets. Track and report results when needed - Marketing tactics include but are not limited to ABM, digital marketing, event marketing, brand messaging, content marketing - Be the voice-of-the-customer and bring customer insights to driving marketing campaigns. Stay abreast of market conditions and constantly incorporate innovations into the company's marketing plans - Maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders from within the sales, business, marketing team as well as external agencies and vendors - Own the Marketing Technology stack for the Commercial (REL & SMB) segment marketing; Manage Build, Enrich and Analysis engines to drive effectiveness across the customer decision journey. - Create and deploy customer lifetime value strategies for retention accounts; Drive up selling and cross selling - Create and maintain the meta-data structure for Lenovo's CRM engine and buyer- journey for all routes to market. Own the sub-segment named account lists. - Supporting the transformation of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle. - Manage the database acquisition, update and regular cleansing to drive effectiveness of target audience base across different segment. - Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively E2E especially from a marketing demand generation perspective. - Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. Key competencies : - Understanding of B2B marketing and the typical IT decision maker buyer journey - including associated tactics like ATL/BTL, E2E lead generation along with nurturing closure. - Understanding of B2B sales cycle for identification of opportunities to maximize demand creation. Comprehension of target segments and ability to direct content-building required for demand generation and nurturing - Strong background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention marketing strategies. - Deep knowledge on SFDC, MS Dynamics, Marketo & Eloqua on how it interact with each other - Experience with of various tools in a B2B marketing stack and customer databases - Fearless and outspoken - articulate communication skills and capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation.
